Afghanistan's Islamic Mission Organization has been registered in Justice Minister of Afghanistan in the name of Abdul Rab Rasul Sayyaf in 1384, which is the same "Islamic Union for Afghanistan Freedom" organization founded in Pakistan during Jehad period. This organization is one of the most important Jehadi groups as well a branch of Ekhvanul Muslemin Movement in Afghanistan, whose leader has been a renowned and complex player in the changes of past three decades  of Afghanistan.
Afghanistan's Islamic Mission Organization is not substantially of importance as a political body since its lack of political, cultural and social credibility in the past in present, however, the significant thing is Mr, Sayyaf whose thoughts and function should be paid attention in various times and periods. Sayyaf is one of the pioneer cadres of Sunni Islamic Movement in Afghanistan affected of Egypt Ekhvanul Muslemin Movement, forming in Kabul University and during Jehad period separated into two branches of Islamic Society and Islamic Party on the basis of tribal inclinations. Having been released from prison, Sayyaf joined to Mojahedin in Pishawar, financially and promotionally supported by Wahabi Arabs, particularly, Saudi Arabians to be the leader of Sunni and Jehad Islamic Movement, and his efforts ended up to formation of Afghanistan Islamic Union, therefore, one more group added to number of Jehadi ones. Sayyaf's traits during Jehad period have been considered to include Islamic fundamentalism, establishing of caliphate system and 100% Islamic rule, severe hostility with Zaher shah and pro-West groups, opposition to Shiism and Shiite Mojaheds in Afghanistan. In 1383, with a complete change of ideas, Sayyaf was one of the firsts who gave a kingly party for Zaher Shah in Paghman, kissing his hand. A lot has been told about Sayyaf, probably, Hekmatyar's comments about him are more acceptable, since they knew each other closely, since in an interview, Sayyaf has cited, " Engineer Golboddin Hekmatyar is my war fellow and acknowledge his seriousness, activities and stamina. The leader of Islamic Party of Afghanistan,Hekmatyar's writings about Rasul Sayyaf and Islamic Union group, "In order to satisfy Arab brothers and attraction of Arabic countries' aids which has been ancestral, He thinks of Shiites as infidels and views that there will not be an Islamic Rule in Afghanistan  unless the whole Shiites are vanished; therefore, he commenced five bloody wars against Shiites in Kabul. On the other hand, he attended a cabinet whose eight ministers had been allocated to Shiites. Once, the leader of Union said in Pishawar: Our participation to a government whose members, even one, are communist is illegitimate, since such a government is a non-Islamic one; however, his ministers attended a cabinet in Kabul whose several ministers were in office during Nabjib's Period as well as being his supervisors." Anyhow, statute and articles of association of Afghanistan's Islamic Mission Organization has been compiled in various points which contains significant observations. Firs of all, surprisingly, Jehad and fights of Muslim people of Afghanistan have not been mentioned in it, while the leader of the organization still carries the credibility of being a Jehadi and Mojahed. Second, it seems that this party has been established solely for the purpose of supporting Karzai government, since six points of its statues have been written to backup and assist the current regime, however, no other party has yet shown such a protection. The ideal political system of the party has not been mentioned in Political section of its statute but the support of present rule, that is to say their desired political rule is the existing one, while Sayyaf, was in discord with republic and democracy system and spoke of Caliphate system. The role of Islam in sovereignty, role of Islamic laws in judicial and legislative system has not been noted in the statute. Culturally, some general and moral issues were considered, irrespective of contemporary rough cultural, mental, political, educational and moral situations and solutions have neither been proposed for the ongoing states nor for fortifying of Islamic culture. Economic section of the statute has nothing to do with their economical method; as a result, it is not evident which economic procedure accords with Islam in their view. One of the other important issues for any free and Muslim Afghan, the presence and dominance of foreign forces in Afghanistan, and in case of lasting for a long time will blot national sovereignty, has not been observed by most of the parties including Afghanistan's Islamic Mission Organization. Finally, it should be noted that prominent written defects of this statute and articles of association are application of unfamiliar Arabic words and English unnecessary expressions in this statute.
