"The people of Afghanistan must be sure that neither such talk will occur with any party, nor the Afghanistan’s constitution allows this," he said. The Human Rights Watch has already expressed concern about Afghan women’s rights neglected by the Afghan government in a 65 page report published by the organization on Tuesday. Some political experts believe that the International Community will not allow trampling women’s rights in talks by the Afghan government with the Taliban. "The International Community has a major role behind these talks, and it cannot accept such talks in which women’s rights are neglected," said an Afghan political analyst, Ayamuddin Ayam. Taliban spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, in an interview with BBC said on Tuesday that no Islamic government in the world implements "pure Islamic Laws", and if they share political power with the Afghan government, they will implement the same Islamic laws that existed during the Taliban regime. Talks with the Taliban have raised concern among Human Rights and Women’s Rights organizations, who believe that such talks will diminish values such as women’s rights that have been achieved with numerous efforts in the past several years.
